Residents within the Seneca District (Cameron, Elk, Forest, McKean, & Warren Counties in Pennsylvania) can have access to e-books, audiobooks and online resources without ever setting foot inside one of our member libraries with our Digital Patron Cards.

After verifying your address will receive your PIN and a welcome package of resources available to you.

If you’d like to get a physical library card please select that option on the application form. A physical card provides access to the entire collection, our 17 libraries within lending restraints.
Digital Patron Cards must be renewed annually. Contact info@senecadistrictlibraries.org with questions concerning your Digital Patron Card.
FAQs
Q: Can anyone sign up for a Digital Patron Card, regardless of where they live?
A: No. Digital Patron Cards are only available to those living, attending college or another trade school, or pay taxes in the Seneca Library District. In Pennsylvania, residents of Cameron, Elk, Forest, McKean, and Warren counties may sign up for a Digital Patron Card. AccessPA or residents outside Pennsylvania do not qualify for a digital card.
Q: Can I use my Digital Patron Card to check out physical items in the library?
A: It depends, your card will be checked to see if a card already exists or if you reside in the service area of a physical library.
Q: Can I use my Digital Patron Card to place holds for “real” books, music and movies to pick up at a Seneca District Member Library?
A: It depends, please email info {at} senecadistrictlibraries.org for more information.
