Library by Mail
Can’t visit the library because of illness, disability, or age-related limitations? Library by Mail brings eligible materials to you.
Participants may use digital resources and receive physical library items by mail. While enrolled, physical borrowing is available only through Library by Mail—not through your home library
Who Can Use It?
You must:

Have a current library card
-
Live in Cameron, Elk Forest, McKean, or Warren County, Pennsylvania

Be temporarily or permanently unable to visit the library because of illness, disability, or age-related limitations

How to Enroll?
Complete the Library by Mail registration form.
We will verify your card and address, update or create your account, and mail your first set of materials within a few days.
What You Can Borrow?
Available materials from Warren Library/Seneca District Center may include:

Books and large-print books
-
Audiobooks on CD
-
DVDs
Interlibrary Loan and new items are not available through Library by Mail.
Items are checked out for 6 weeks, and there are no overdue fines.
Choose Your Materials
You can:

Let staff select items based on your interests

Use the request form included with each shipment

Place holds through the online catalog
Shipments generally include a small group of items. Additional materials are sent after previously borrowed items are returned.
Returning Items

Pack items back into the shipment box.

Complete the included comment/request form, if desired.

Attach the return label.

Contact the District when the package is ready for pickup.
The District will schedule a FedEx pickup from your home.
Returning to Regular Service
Before visiting your home library for physical checkout again, contact the District so we can change your account back to regular service:
